Notice to newly selected PGTs regarding verification of documents on 29.10.2014 (Wednesday) for those who are seeking age relaxation

PGT NOTICE
Subject: Notice to newly selected PGTs in various subject as
well as Schools Concerned (as per list attached only) regarding
verification of documents on 29.10.2014 (Wednesday) for those
who are seeking age relaxation on basis of their teaching
experience.
The newly selected PGTs in various subject as well as Schools
Concerned (as per list attached only) for those who are seeking
age relaxation on basis of their teaching experience are directed
to attend the Document/Experience Verification on 29th October,


2014 at 09.00 A.M. at Shiksha Sadan, 6th Floor, Sector-5,
Panchkula.
All the candidates are directed to bring their original documents
pertaining to qualification, HTET/ Experience certificates (if any)
alongwith relevant record of school with well conversant official
from school.
The District Education Officers are requested to convey the
Candidates/Head of the School/Institution concerned to appear
before the Committee for verification along with records as per
following details:-
1. Pertaining to Qualification (i.e. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit,
B.Ed.,
Post-Graduation Degree, HTET/STET etc.)
2. Pertaining to Experience (in case selection is on experience
basis/ Age relaxation on experience basis) :-
a) Permission, Recognition, Affiliation of the school.
b) Appointment letter.
c) Attendance register.
d) A-Roll and Bank Passbook/Bank Statement etc.
e) Staff Statement of concerned subject.
f) Class-wise Students strength of Secondary/Sr. Secondary.
g) Teacher result register & board result of the entire staff for
the period.
h) Office copy of the experience certificate.
i) Other related record regarding issuance of experience
certificate.
