SENIORITY LIST OF LECTURER (SCHOOL CADRE) AS ON 01.10.2011 FOR ALL PRACTICAL PURPOSES

In pursuance of the tentative seniority list of Lecturers (school cadre) circulated on
dated 01.10.2011, the number of the objections have been received and which have been
attended to. Also the decision has been taken in regard to the selection made through
Department Selection Committees in pursuance of the advertisement in the year 1991,
regarding the criteria to be applied for fixation of seniority.
In brief, it is mentioned that merit list of all the selected and appointed candidates of
all subjects, all categories including male and females have been prepared separately and
then for the inter-se seniority, the roster points mentioned in the letter No. 22/36/90-3GS-
III dated 24.01.1991 have been applied to. For the sake of reference, the roaster points are
as under :-
i.
For persons belonging to Scheduled Caste
4-8-14-18-24-28-34-38-42-50-54-58-64-68-74-78-84-88-92 and 100
ii.
For persons belong to Backward Classes
10-16-22-32-46-56-70-76-86 and 96
iii.
For Ex-servicemen
2-6-12-20-30-36-40-44-48-60-62-66-72-80-90-94 and 98
iv.
For Physically Challenged persons
26-52 and 82
After proper exercise decision has been taken to fix two dates for the purpose of
seniority list to the selections made in pursuance of the advertisement of the year 1991 i.e.
15.10.1991 and 26.02.1993 (after the judgment dated 08.10.1992 by the Hon'ble Apex
Court). Although all the necessary inputs have been made while finalizing the seniority list
but the same is subject to the amendments on the availability of the relevant information,
data, claim/ objection. Therefore, the seniority list as prepared is being circulated for all
practical purposes. The same be uploaded on the departmental website and circulated to all
concerned.
